Service Health assists you in viewing the overall health of your organization’s Microsoft Teams, and Skype for Business Online environment, measuring call quality or your Skype for Business environment, measuring call quality, service availability and end user satisfaction

Service availability and user satisfaction are only displayed in the Skype for Business pages, they are not displayed in the Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business Online pages.

 

Service health issues can arise from a wide range of possibilities, which when they occur are potentially costly and could cause setbacks to significant investments already made including tangible investments, customer satisfaction and goodwill. Detection, diagnosis, and resolution of an issue greatly reduces the impact of that issue.
