Comparison Charts

 

NOTE:

Comparison charts are only displayed in the Skype for Business pages, they are not displayed in the Microsoft Teams’ pages, as this data is not being tracked for Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business Online pages.

 

The comparison charts plot user satisfaction results against poor calls and service availability, enabling you to see if poor calls or service availability changes are impacting user satisfaction.

 

Example 1:

Your organization has a service outage for a week, your users are likely to be dissatisfied and the user satisfaction score drops, the comparison can be seen on the chart.

 

Example 2:

It can be seen that the user satisfaction score is dropping although you have good service availability and good poor calls, and there are no known correlations. Investigation is required to find out what is causing the user satisfaction.
