- Communication Endpoint (CE) is identified by Communication Endpoint ID and Communication Endpoint Type.
- Phone Number Allocation (PNA) is defined by the Communication Endpoint Type, State, Expiration (Reserved/Tombstone only) and a Phone Number.
- Multiple Phone Number Allocations (PNA) can exist per Phone Number.
- Classification includes Primary Extensions as well as user-defined custom classification (Example: VIP Numbers).
- A Phone Number Range can be associated with none, one or many Sites, and the same Site can be associated with one or more Phone Number Ranges.
- Users are periodically synchronized from Active Directory.
