By default, the Poor Calls data is displayed in the Poor Calls page in the Cards. The Operations Dashboard displays charts for the History of Poor Calls Causes and the History of Poor Calls. The History of Poor Calls data may also be displayed in table format. The table format displays high level indicators indicating what may be causing the poor calls.
