How do I set up PowerSuite PSTN End-to-End Availability Monitoring?

 

 

To receive PowerSuite Monitoring Alerts for your organization, you will need to:

 

-     Set up target phone numbers associated with deployed SBCs. These target phone numbers will be used to answer the phone call for the synthetic scenario being monitored.

The target phone numbers must play a sound for a minimum of 30 seconds once a connection has been made.

 

-     Define Scenarios

When setting up scenarios, it is advisable to think of the PowerSuite Monitoring scenario as an end user calling a PSTN number. If PowerSuite Monitoring is unable to successfully call the target phone number, it means that a customer or other caller cannot make a call to any users associated with the end-to end-behavior (example: US Headquarters).
