To receive PowerSuite Monitoring Alerts for your organization, you will need to:
- Set up target phone numbers associated with deployed SBCs. These target phone numbers will be used to answer the phone call for the synthetic scenario being monitored.
o The target phone numbers must play a sound for a minimum of 30 seconds once a connection has been made.
- Define Scenarios
o When setting up scenarios, it is advisable to think of the PowerSuite Monitoring scenario as an end user calling a PSTN number. If PowerSuite Monitoring is unable to successfully call the target phone number, it means that a customer or other caller cannot make a call to any users associated with the end-to end-behavior (example: US Headquarters).
