For your SBC’s to be monitored you need to provide Unify Square the following information:
• Scenario Name
o Identifies the scenario.
• Communications platform
o The platform that is being monitored by the scenario (Zoom or Microsoft Teams).
• Target Phone Number
o The phone number that PowerSuite PSTN End-to End Availability calls to ensure the scenario is successful.
o A number that connects to an auto receptionist or auto attendant.
o The number that plays music.
