The Users gauge displays the number of:
- Skype for Business Active Users
- Skype for Business Enabled Users
- Skype for Business Target Users
The target number of Skype for Business users can be changed. To
set the number of Target users, hover over the gauge and click the settings
button 
.
The Target for Users field will display. Add or change the Target User value and click Save.
NOTE:
Target values are not displayed in the Executive Dashboard if the geography filter is applied.
