Target Users are set by the PowerSuite Executive Dashboard user. The Target User value indicates the planned number of users that are to be enabled within the enterprise for Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams. This is valuable to capture, as it is possible to then evaluate and compare the actual number of users that have been enabled, and are active. The Skype for Business target value for Enterprise Voice is set in the Enterprise Voice dashboard page and the conferencing target value is set in the Conferences dashboard page. The Microsoft Teams target value for Calls is set in the Calls dashboard page, and the target value for Meetings is set in the Meetings dashboard page.
Example:
Company X has 100,000 users. Company X is only planning on providing the functionality to 20,000 users initially, therefore the Target User value would be 20,000.
NOTE:
Target values are not displayed in the Skype for Business Executive Dashboard if the geography filter is applied. The PowerSuite geography filter can only be applied for Skype for Business, it is not enabled for Microsoft Teams.
