The Active Users count is a metric that is not designed to be simply aggregated. PowerSuite counts the Active User only once, irrelevant of where the calls are made from, whether the user makes calls from one site or five sites. This ensures greater accuracy in the Active User count for your organization.
Example:
User X makes calls from Site A and Site B, the Active User count will be counted towards the Active User count for both Site A and Site B. If the calls were aggregated a greater number of users than user X would be counted and therefore the actual total number of active users overall in the company would be, as the same Active user is making a call from both sites.
