KPI Benchmark Breakdowns

 

To display the Enterprise Benchmark breakdowns for Scenarios over time:

 

1.  Select All from the Setting the geography filter. The Enterprise Benchmarks will be displayed below the KPI’s. This enables comparison of your enterprise with other enterprises.

 

2.  Select the relevant KPI.

 

3.  Select . The Enterprise Benchmark breakdown for the scenarios will be displayed. Except for User Satisfaction where the chart is displayed.

 

4.  Select the individual Poor Call or User Satisfaction Scenario to display the Enterprise Benchmark breakdowns for that Scenario over time.

 

 

To display the Organizational Benchmark breakdowns for Poor Call Scenarios over time:

 

NOTE:

If All is selected then the Enterprise Benchmark will be displayed below the KPI’s, if any geographical filter other than All has been selected then the Organizational Benchmark is displayed.

 

To display the Organizational Benchmark breakdowns for scenarios over time:

1.  Select the location from the geography filter (not All). Organizational Benchmarks will be displayed below the KPI’s. This enables comparison of your location with other locations within your organization.

 

2.  Select the relevant KPI.

 

3.  Select . The Organizational Benchmark breakdown for the scenarios will be displayed, for All Poor Calls. In addition for Skype for Business Service Availability will also be displayed.

 

4.  Select the individual Poor Call or User Satisfaction Scenario to display the Organizational Benchmark breakdowns for the scenario over time.
