RulesEngine.exe runs an analysis of the Rules against the user objects in the user cache. This acts as a local copy of the Active Directory configured attributes that are to be used. When attributes and Rules dictate changes are necessary, RulesEngine.exe initiates the required Actions to update a user’s configuration to the desired settings.
