Active High Priority Incidents Table

 

Active High Priority Incidents provide a real time view of the most important Monitoring Solution incidents. The most important incidents are the sustained incidents. These are persistent incidents, and are reoccurring in nature, and have a significant impact to the Skype for Business service availability. These incidents often require action for resolution.

 

The priority of Incidents are configured in the Configuration Dashboard. By default, an incident’s priority is set to medium priority. 

 

Active High Priority Incidents are:

-     Active incidents whose threshold is high or medium.

and

-     Sustained incidents whose threshold is high or medium.

 

PowerSuite uses the incident’s priority and state to determine whether the incident is located in the Active High Priority Incidents table or in the Other Recent Incidents Table.

 

To view further information on an Active High Priority incident, click on the Active High Priority incident row in the Incidents Chart in the PowerSuite Monitoring dashboard you wish to view you will be navigated to the Incident Information Page.
