Other Recent Incidents Table

 

The Other Recent Incidents table details the incidents that are not considered to be Active High Priority.

 

The table details the following:

 

State

The state of the incident – inactive or active.

Type

The type of incident whether it is sustained or intermittent.

Impact

The impact of the incident on service availability, indicates the business impact of the failure. This is a combination of the number of users impacted from the total number of users, and the impact of the scenario type.

Scenario Id

The unique identifier of the scenario. The Scenario Id will not change for the lifetime of the scenario, irrespective of the number of edits that may occur.

Scenario

The scenario the incident relates to.

Last Failure

The time of the last failure of incident.

Date Created

The date the incident was created.

Failure Count

The number of times the incident has failed during the time period.
