The Users gauge displays the number of:
- Microsoft Teams Users Active Users
- Microsoft Teams Users Enabled Users
- Microsoft Teams Users Target Users
The target number of Microsoft Teams Users can be changed. To
set the number of Target users,
hover over the gauge and click the settings button 
.
The Target for Users field will display. Add or change the Target user value and click Save.
