The Wireless External to Server is similar to the wired external to server however, the clients used to make the calls use wireless connectivity when external.
If wired external to server call scenarios are not displaying any issues, but your organization is showing as having Wireless External to Server issues, it can be concluded, that the variables causing the poor call quality issues, may be attributed to the fact that a wireless network is used. The external factors that can be considered are listed in the Breakdowns section on the right hand side of the screen. Select the breakdowns to be navigated to the Operations Dashboard.
