Once the report has downloaded, open the report to view the information. The following columns are displayed:

Name |
The name of the site here the calls were made from. The Name column is based on information of the current PowerSuite Site Configuration. NOTE: If the PowerSuite Configuration of the Site changes, then only reports since the configuration changes will reflect the configuration change. |

TotalAudioCalls |
The total number of calls made by the user using both optimized and unoptimized devices. |

AudioCallsUsingUnoptimizedDevices |
The number of audio calls made by the user using an unoptimized device. |

UnoptimizedDevices |
Details of the device used that is unoptimized. |

OptimizedDevices |
Details of the device used that is optimized. |
Additional columns will be included in the Unoptimized Device report. The columns displayed will be dependent on how your organization’s geography hierarchy has been configured using the Configuration dashboard. Some example columns that may be used include Region, Country.
