Users have made a high volume of calls during the selected time period, but are not using optimized devices.

NOTE

As the user is not using an optimized device, it may be assumed that those users may not have received an optimized device.

No Optimized Device Usage Low Volume

Users who have made a smaller number of calls during the selected time period, but are not using optimized devices.

As the user is not using an optimized device, it may be assumed that those users may not have received an optimized device.

Unoptimized Device High Usage

Users who have used both optimized and unoptimized devices during the selected time period, but have used unoptimized devices for calls more than unoptimized.

NOTE

Users have used an optimized device for calls, however, an optimized device has not been used consistently.  It may be assumed that this is owing to a lost or broken optimized device, or the user is not consistently following best practices.

Unoptimized Device Medium Usage

Users who have used both optimized and unoptimized devices during the selected time period, but have used unoptimized devices more frequently than optimized devices.
