A summary of the calls the user has participated in is provided in the Call History. This summary displays:
- Whether it was a call or a conference that the user participated in.
- The date, time, and duration of the call or conference.
- High level indicators of likely problems split between the user being searched for, and the other users in the call.
More specifics of a particular call are available by selecting the relevant call, and viewing the Call Details of that call.
