The information provided, assists you in determining the factors that have been identified as impacting the call. Guidance is provided on actions that the relevant call participant can take to improve their future experiences.

Yellow symbols in the Call Details, indicates that the item highlighted may cause audio quality issues. Red symbols indicate it is causing bad call quality.
