Legacy call and conference information may be added manually to the Skype for Business Enterprise Voice and Conferences dashboard pages, when the Month Time Period is selected.
Comparing your enterprise’s Skype for Business use or Microsoft Teams use to the Legacy calls made and the conferences participated in, illustrates if the use of legacy calls and conferences are trending downwards. This information can be used to determine if the Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams solution is successfully being implemented, and used to project the completion of the roll out of Skype for Business or Microsoft Teams, and the phase out of the legacy system.
NOTE:
Legacy call and conferencing data is not displayed in the Skype for Business dashboard pages, if the geography filter has been selected. The Geography filter is always disabled for Microsoft Teams data.
