The Firmware List table displays all the available Firmware versions provided by the vendors, with the following columns displayed:
- Vendor
- Version
- Release Date
- Description
In the Manage Firmware page, Select the Firmware version you are interested in viewing in the Firmware List to view information on the particular Firmware version.
The following details of the Firmware version will display in a pane which open on the right-hand side of the page.
- Vendor
o The vendor of the device. Examples: Yealink, Poly.
- Firmware Stage
o The categorization stage that the Firmware version within your organization is currently at: None, Testing, Production, Outdated.
- Version
o The version number of the Firmware.
- Supported Models
o The models that the Firmware can be applied to are listed.
NOTE:
If Supported Models is not displayed then the Firmware is compatible with all models of the selected vendor.
- Released
o The release date of the Firmware version.
- Release Notes
o The vendor’s release notes for the Firmware version.
- Description
o The vendor’s description of the Firmware version.
