The log information that is collected, stored, and then displayed in the downloaded log file is dependent on information collected by the individual vendor’s device.

NOTE:
Only Poly devices running Firmware Version 5.7.X and 5.6.1 or higher, are able to collect logs, and send them to PowerSuite Device Management.
Out-of-the-box Poly devices running Firmware Version 5.7.X and 5.6.1 or higher, are expected to have the following behavior:
- Logging is enabled for the Poly device.
- The Poly device automatically sends the device’s logs to the PowerSuite Agent Provisioning Service, when it is connected.
o Logs of new Poly devices will therefore, be automatically collected from the time that the device connects to the PowerSuite Agent Provisioning Service.
- The level of logging and the frequency of the upload can be defined in the Poly Device configuration settings.
Out-of-the-box Yealink devices, are expected to have the following behavior:
- Logging is enabled for the Yealink device.
- The Yealink device automatically sends the device’s logs to the PowerSuite Agent Provisioning Service, when it is connected.
o Logs of new Yealink devices will therefore, be automatically collected from the time that the device connects to the PowerSuite Agent Provisioning Service.
- The level of logging and the frequency of the upload can be defined in the Yealink Device configuration settings.
To enable PowerSuite Device Management integration with Jabra devices, it is necessary for the Jabra Integration Service to be installed on user’s machines (example: laptop), that are used with Jabra devices. The Jabra Integration Service runs as a background process on the user’s machine and can be configured to communicate with the PowerSuite Agent Provisioning Server. Example: Events can be sent when the device is connected or disconnected.
