The following prerequisites are necessary, to successfully reboot a managed device remotely using PowerSuite Device Management:
- The managed device passwords must be set.
- The managed device’s REST API (via HTTP) must be enabled
o For Poly managed devices, a Feature configuration template is available Enable REST API via HTTP.
