End-User Communication

 

Overview

 

End User Communication configuration allows PowerSuite admins to manage services that are related to end user communication through PowerSuite (i.e., emails).

It currently consists of:

      Email Service, where customers can configure their accounts being used to send emails from PowerSuite (I.e., Policy Management emails to team owners or specified recipients).

      Email Template configuration allows customers to customize default email visuals (I.e., using their own brand colors, logos, default footers or header texts).
