An Email Service configuration is allowed to use Default PowerSuite email agent to dispatch emails on behalf of PowerSuite. If customers want to customize their current email address to send out end user communication emails, they can do so by creating a company SendGrid account and configuring SendGrid API to be used by PowerSuite to their account. Additionally, while setting up email preferences, customers can set up an Email Testing recipient, so that all emails can be diverted to that email address, while it is enabled.
• To access Email Service options:
1. Proceed to the Configuration page and select End-User Communication.
2.
Choose one of the following options for end user communication and click
Save:

Additional Options
Email
Testing
• Users have the option to reroute all emails to a specific recipient mailbox account and run testing activities without any risk to exposing unwanted emails to other users within organization.
To use this option:
1. Check Enable email testing (send all emails to this test email address)
2. Enter an Email which would then receive all email communication being sent out from PowerSuite (I.e., even actions that would have a different specified recipient in PowerSuite would be overridden by this email provided in Email testing configuration).
3. Click Save.
