Select the Service Availability KPI card to display the service availability for the time period selected.
The service availability page displays a breakdown of the most important and actionable infrastructure workloads, providing information in the following column headers:
- Actual
o The actual KPI percentage value is the service availability percentage for all calls that are classified for the infrastructure workload.
- Target
o The target KPI percentage value is the configured service availability threshold for the associated workload.
High level Indicators are also displayed. These indicators provide a quick high level view, to show if the actual availability has broken the threshold for that call scenario. Selecting the KPI card in addition, displays a chart showing the percentages over time, enabling you to track your organizations service availability.
