The PowerSuite Synthetic Transactions scenario tracks the potential best call quality experience that your external users are able to achieve, as measured by synthetic calls made by PowerSuite Service Availability Monitoring. Tracking this data is useful, as it displays the best possible call quality external users could achieve, if all the variables were removed (example: removing the user’s network variable).
It is expected, that the data results will be good as variables have been removed. However, if the synthetic transactions are high, that is an indication that there is an issue with your organization’s network, to and from the internet.
