Filtering of Calls by Geography Filter

The calls are filtered using the geography filter into the call scenarios as shown in the table below:

Service Health Call Scenario		How the Geography Filter is Applied to Call Scenario
All		A sum of all geography filter results for all the Call Scenarios.
Server to Server *NOTE:* Server to server scenario is not available for Microsoft Teams, or Skype for Business Online.		Information is displayed if both Server Endpoints are located within the current geography filter selection. Example: Both endpoints are within the selected site of Cologne.
Internal Endpoint to Server		Information is displayed based on the site location of the Internal Endpoint.
	Wired Internal to Server	Information is displayed based on the site location of the Internal Endpoint.
	Wireless Internal to Server	Information is displayed based on the site location of the Internal Endpoint.
External Endpoint to Server		Calls associated with the External node of the geography hierarchy.
	Wired External to Server	Calls associated with the External node of the geography hierarchy.
	Wireless External to Server	Calls associated with the External node of the geography hierarchy.
Endpoint to Endpoint		Information is displayed if either endpoint is located within the geography selection. Example: If the geography filter is set to Cologne: One of the Endpoints is located in Cologne but the other Endpoint is not in Cologne, the call information will be displayed in this scenario owing to the fact that one of the Endpoints is located in Cologne.
Cellular Endpoint to Server		Calls are displayed in the External node in the geography hierarchy.
Web Experience to Server *NOTE:* Web Experience Transactions scenario is not available for Microsoft Teams, or Skype for Business Online.		Calls associated with the External node of the geography hierarchy.
Federated Endpoint to Server *NOTE:* Federated Endpoint to Server scenario is not available for Microsoft Teams, or Skype for Business Online.		Calls associated with the External node of the geography hierarchy.
PowerSuite Synthetic Transactions *NOTE:* PowerSuite Synthetic Transactions scenario is not available for Microsoft Teams, or Skype for Business Online.		Based on the PowerSuite Monitoring Rules configuration for geography hierarchy.
VPN to Server		VPN calls considered to be External, associated with the External node of the geography hierarchy.
