The scenario comparison information may be downloaded into a CSV file for further analysis. To export a csv file:
1. Select

2. Select Download CSV.
NOTE:
The exported CSV file contains further information for analysis that is not displayed in the chart. The file contains the following information:
- Poor call percent - The percentage of poor calls from the total number of calls. (Poor Call Volume)/(Total Call Volume) x 100
- Poor call volume - The number of poor calls for the scenario.
- Total call volume - The total number of calls for the scenario.
