Adding Comments to Charts

PowerSuite enables you to add comments to the charts. This useful feature, allows you to add comments explaining issues or events that occurred affecting the call quality, service availability or user satisfaction. To add a comment to a chart:

 

1.  Select a data point on the chart, or select the symbol adjacent to the comments section at the bottom of the dashboard.

 

 

2.  Select the date for your comment.

 

3.  Type your comment in the dialog box.

 

 

4.  Select Save to save the comment.
