1. Click on Resolve PNMS Mismatch.
2. Click Create.
If a mismatch between the msRTCSIP-Line attribute in Active Directory and the Phone Number Management System (PNMS) is detected, then the Resolve PNMS Mismatch Action can be used to resolve the mismatch. The Action resolves PNMS/Active Directory mismatches by applying the PNMS recorded phone number to Active Directory if a mismatch is detected.
