The Has PNMS Mismatch Rule Condition is evaluated True for a given user in two cases:
1. If the user has a phone number in Active Directory which does not correspond to the Provisioning Solutions’ database
2. If the user has a phone number which does not correspond to the site that the user is in. That is, if the msRTCSIP-Line attribute in Active Directory is using a phone number from a different site.
Example:
This may occur, if a user moved to a different location (or country). The Has PNMS Mismatch Condition can be used to trigger the assignment of a new phone number in the user’s new location.
