Custom Communication Endpoint Types may be managed within Provisioning Solutions. These Endpoint Types may be added, deleted or changed. Custom Endpoint Types may be created in PNMS to track any desired Communication Endpoint. There are various types of custom Communication Endpoint Types. Examples include:
- Analog Fax
o Fax devices connected directly to the PBX or PSTN.
- PBX Phone
o PBX phones not connected to Skype for Business or Lync infrastructure.
