To view a country’s details:
1. Select the sub-tab Countries from the Configuration tab in the left-hand pane of the Dashboard.
A table is displayed with:
- Country
- Country ISO Code
- Country code
- Modified by
- Last modified
2. Double click on the row you wish to view.
The country details will display.
NOTE:
The Country row is colored. The colors indicate the following:
- Light Red indicates the country’s geo is available in the PowerSuite geo but has not been set up in Phone Number Management
- Light blue indicates the country’s go has not been set up in PowerSuite.
- No color indicates the country’s geo is set in PowerSuite and in Phone Number Management
