The Overview page provides an overview of the Phone Number Management system within your organization.
The following information is displayed:
- Microsoft Teams sync job status
This widget will be visible only if PowerSuite Phone
Number Management has been enabled for Teams DID management. It shows the last
time that the Microsoft sync job status was run. It will also display warnings
to indicate if the job did not run for more than 12 hours or if it has not been
enabled by PowerSuite support. Select the information icon to navigate to the
Unsynchronized Numbers page.
- Phone Number Ranges.
The number of phone number ranges within your organization.
- Phone Numbers (Used/Total)
The number of phone numbers used, compared to the numbers allocated to your organization.
- Phone Number Allocation Conflicts
The number Phone numbers that have conflicts. The list will provide detail description such as conflict type and the endpoint associated with it.
- Sites with the highest usage
Provides information on the phone number ranges at a site with less than 10% of the available numbers remaining in the number range. Sites that have greater than 500 numbers remaining in the phone number range are displayed here if the available phone numbers are equal to or less than 5% of the numbers in the phone number range.
- Assigned Endpoints by Vendor.
The number of assigned endpoints by vendor/platform that have been assigned in PowerSuite Phone Number Management.
- Assigned Endpoint Types.
The number and type of endpoints that have been assigned in PowerSuite Phone Number Management.
