Endpoint ID is the unique identifier used on the platform to identify a user. Its exact value is platform dependent. Example: for Teams the endpoint ID is the User Principal name, for Skype for Business it is the SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) address, but other platforms use different ways to identify the user/endpoint that the phone number is assigned
