Adding a new endpoint type

To add a new endpoint type:

1.  Select the sub-tab Endpoint Type from Configuration tab in the left-hand pane of the dashboard.

2.  Select Add a New Endpoint Type.

3.  Enter the name of the new endpoint type.

4.  Select the vendor.

5.  Select Save.

The endpoint type details will display.

NOTE:

Only Skype for Business and Teams system endpoint types can currently be used to assign phone numbers to users of the platform. Custom endpoint types that the end user will create cannot be used for DID management.
