Which API’s are used for communication between PowerSuite and Zoom?

The following Zoom APIs’ are used by PowerSuite to collect data:

-     List Users API is used by PowerSuite to retrieve a list of your company’s Zoom users.

-     Daily Report API is used by PowerSuite to retrieve a list the number of new users, meetings, participants, and meeting minutes.

-     List Past Meetings API is used by PowerSuite to retrieve the list of all multi-participant meetings.

-     List Zoom Rooms API is used by PowerSuite to retrieve a list of all your  Zoom Rooms.

-     Get Past Meetings API is used by PowerSuite to retrieve information on past meetings.

-     Get Past Meeting Participants API is used by PowerSuite to retrieve information on participants from a past meeting.

-     List Zoom Meetings Client Feedback API is used by PowerSuite to obtain information from user’s feedback forms.

-     List Zoom Room Locations API is used by PowerSuite to retrieve a list of the different locations used for your company’s Zoom Rooms.

-     Retrieve Active Hosts API is used by PowerSuite to retrieve a list of users who were active during the time period.

-     Retrieve Inactive Hosts API  is used by PowerSuite to retrieve a list of users who were not active during the time period.

NOTE

Zoom classes a user to be active if the user has hosted at least one meeting during the time period. If the user did not host any meetings during this period, the user is classed as inactive.
