The Skype for Business data is collected from the Microsoft Lync 2013 or Skype for Business LcsCDR and QoEMetrics monitoring server databases.
The PowerSuite Agent’s service account must be able to gain read-only access to Microsoft Lync 2013 or Skype for Business LcsCDR and QoEMetrics monitoring server databases. To retrieve user-related information, the PowerSuite Agent’s service account must be provided with read only administrative access to Microsoft Lync 2013, Skype for Business 2015, or Skype for Business 2019.
