The PowerSuite Slack App needs to be installed. The PowerSuite Slack App installation process requires that you are logged into the Slack workspace where you wish to install the PowerSuite’s Slack App, and have the necessary PowerSuite and Slack authorization rights to install the PowerSuite App in workspaces.
To install the PowerSuite Slack App, the following is necessary:
- You need to be logged into PowerSuite with the appropriate Configuration Dashboard role to the PowerSuite Configuration dashboard.
- You need to be logged into the Slack workspace where you want the app to be installed.
- You need to have a role in the Slack workspace that allows you to install apps and provide the required permissions.
NOTE:
The Slack roles which can install apps on a Slack workspace depend on how the workspace owners have configured the workspace.
