What needs to be installed and configured for PowerSuite to collect Skype for Business data?

-     Skype for Business must be installed.

-     PowerSuite Agent must be installed and configured for PowerSuite to collect and analyses the Skype for Business data.

-     SDN must be installed and configured. Details on this can be found in the PowerSuite SDN Installation guide.
