The PowerSuite Agent runs on a preset schedule to retrieve the latest data:
- Every 3 hours the PowerSuite Agent queries the source QoE and LCsCDR databases.
- Every 12 hours the PowerSuite Agent runs the Get-CSUser command.
- If Active Directory data collection is enabled, PowerSuite Agent runs every 12 hours to retrieve the information from Active Directory. For enabling Active Directory data collection (used in the Billing Records) please contact Unify Square Support.
The PowerSuite Agent stores the result data set in the folder assigned to store the temporary files, until the entire set of files representing a logically consistent set of data is collected. Once the last data set is collected, the PowerSuite Agent initiates an upload of the collected files to PowerSuite. Once the data has been successfully uploaded the temporary set of files is automatically deleted.
The Skype for Business data that is sent from the PowerSuite Agent to the PowerSuite Cloud, and the data which is collected by the PowerSuite Agent from the data sources, is detailed in the Skype for Business Data Extraction Schedule table below additionally, the schedule for the data collection is also detailed in the table.
