The geographical hierarchy includes two additional nodes that represent calls that are not handled by the other geographical nodes in the hierarchy:
- Unknown
The Unknown node, accounts for calls or other activities that are made by users internally to the corporate network, and a subnet of the call is not associated with any known PowerSuite-managed site.
- External
The External node accounts for calls or activities made externally to the corporate network or calls that have no subnet information associated with them.
