Priority

 

PowerSuite calculates the priority of an issue causing call quality issues, using various factors. This calculated priority assists you in determining the issues, which are high priority that must be addressed immediately. It also assists you in determining the other issues which are medium priority and need to be monitored, and low priority issues. The priority is displayed as red, yellow, and gray colors.
