How do I view a specific call scenario?

 

There are several ways to view specific call scenario:

 

-     Use the  REF _Ref23779983 \h  \* MERGEFORMAT the poor call Filters.

Or

 

-     Use the scenario breakdowns in the results table

 

When All call scenario is selected the scenario breakdowns menu appears in the results table.

 

NOTE:

The options in the drop-down menu are dependent on the category selected.

 

 

3.  Use the drop-down menu to navigate to the specific call scenario.

The call scenario breakdown can also be used to navigate t to the specific call scenario in the list view when All call scenario is selected.  Select the arrow to display the drop-down menu.

 

Select the call scenario you wish to view
