The high volume percentage indicator
is
displayed in red, when the number of poor calls in the Internal Wireless to Service call scenario is
classed as high, and this number of poor calls is significantly higher than the
number of poor calls in the Wired Internal to Service call scenario for the same
entity (example: site). This is a useful tool to assist you in clarifying if
wireless is causing the poor call issues in your organization.
Example:
If Site A has a poor call percentage that is classed as high for the Wireless Internal to Service Call scenario, but Site A has a Wired Internal to Service Scenario classed as low, the high volume percentage indicator will display red in the High vs. Wired column.
