The high volume indicator
is displayed in red if the number of poor
calls has increased since the last data point time period.
The priority is displayed as red, yellow, or gray. If the number of poor calls has increased by a large percentage, then the indicator will be colored red. If there is some increase that must be monitored but does not need to be immediately dealt with, then the high volume indicator will be colored yellow. If there is no change, then the indicator will be colored gray.
