To further drill down data for the results provided, click the Call Explorer lookup button to navigate to the Call Explorer Dashboard.

Once the button has been clicked, the Call Explorer Dashboard will be opened, displaying drilled down data from your Operations Dashboard search results. The top portion of the window of the Call Explorer Dashboard, creates the query, this is automatically populated.
NOTE:
If Single Call Record is enabled for your enterprise you will have an option to drill down the data using SDN or Single Call Record.
- Select Use SDN to be navigated to the SDN query in Call Explorer (This is not available for Microsoft Teams)
- Select Use Single Call Record to be navigated to the Single Call record query in Call Explorer.

Below the Query, the following information is displayed:
- Drill down data for the results that you were viewing in the Operations Dashboard, this information is displayed in a chart and a table.
- The number of matches for the search results that are being displayed.
- Dates for the data that you are drilling down.
