The threshold indicator
indicates if the poor calls are above the
threshold values that have been set in the Configuration Manager.
The threshold indicators in the Operations Dashboard are displayed as red, yellow and gray colors. If the indicator is red, it specifies it is above threshold, and the issue should be dealt with immediately. If the indicator is yellow, it shows that the quality is approaching threshold, and it is advisable to monitor the issue. If the indicator is gray, this indicates that the issue is insignificant.
