Success Alert

A success alert is sent as soon as a scenario that was once failing is now succeeding. This important alert ensures that the expected root cause and resolution have addressed the issue. The figure below is an example success alert.

 

 

NOTE:

If an organization has multiple Scenarios, then each failure or success alert is considered independent.

 

 

If a failure occurs which impacts multiple Scenarios, then multiple failure emails will be sent by Monitoring Solution. One alert email will be sent for each Scenario that is failing until the failure is resolved. Although, it could be considered duplication of information, the matrix of information can provide valuable insights into the root cause of the issue.

 

 

Example:

If an organization has multiple scenarios including Outbound PSTN and Pool to Pool scenarios, and alerts are received for both an Outbound and Pool to Pool scenarios where both Source Users are located on Pool A. If no failures are found for Source Users on Pool B, then the likely root cause is associated with Pool A.
